How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hausofpioli@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the reason for the return in your request.
Once you receive the RMA number, carefully pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
