Return Eligibility

• Items are eligible for return if they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hausofpioli@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the reason for the return in your request.
• Once you receive the RMA number, carefully pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Return Shipping

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $200. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Processing

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
