Refunds and Return Policy
At Haus of Pioli, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Returns
Return Eligibility
- Items are eligible for return if they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hausofpioli@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the reason for the return in your request.
- Once you receive the RMA number, carefully pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Return Shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $200. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return Processing
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for items returned in accordance with our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once the return has been approved.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Reporting Issues
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at hausofpioli@gmail.com within 5-7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Resolution
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
4. Cancellations
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
- Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to return the item, please follow our return policy.
